Responsibilities :

• Designs & conducts training programs in branches and agencies to develop sales and 
• management competencies

Requirements :

1. 28 – 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from any discipline
3. At least 3 years experience in life insurance industry as trainer
4. Very good presentation skills
5. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
6. Very good communication skills
7. Preferably domicile from the area of placement
