Sales Supervisor (Kode : S SPV)

Pekanbaru - Riau

Responsibilities:

1. Introducing of product and providing good customer service to existing customers or potential customers.
2. Develop and maintain business relationship with customers & create new customers.
3. Ability to drive profitable sales growth for respective area.
4. Manage services related to product quality.
5. Identify and resolve customer complaints together with related department.
6. Able to analyze market and analysis report.
7. Communicate clearly new products demand according to customer desires to related department.

Requirements:

1. Male/ Female (Max.35), min. Bachelor degree from any discipline.
2. Min 3 years experience in retail furniture business and distribution with excellent track record.
3. Direct sales of products to potential customer (individual, institution and corporate).
4. Develop innovative marketing strategy to increase sales.
5. Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
6. Field oriented person.
7. Enthusiastic, result oriented and capable of performing under pressure and meet deadlines and target.
8. Computer literate in Windows and MS.office.
9. Fluent both in oral and written English.
10. Local applicants preferred or willing to relocate to Pekanbaru – Riau.
